Since 1994, David Parkes, President of ParkCon LLC, served as California Division President for two of the nation’s largest general contracting firms, both ranked by ENR magazine within the top 35 general building firms in the United States. Additionally, Mr. Parkes worked as CEO of a regional contracting firm in California’s Central Valley. At each company, Mr. Parkes assumed leadership responsibilities of business units besieged with large and complex legal matters. Each business unit also required extensive organizational restructuring. Accordingly, Mr. Parkes managed the resolution of numerous legal matters, collectively exceeding $150 million in disputed claims, while restructuring each company and avoiding litigation/arbitration on billions of dollars in subsequent construction performed under his leadership. Now, Mr. Parkes offers his talent and experience to the construction industry through ParkCon LLC.
