PROJECT ADVOCACY / LITIGATION CONSULTATION

In addition to other services, ParkCon LLC helps its clients navigate project disputes. ParkCon’s Project Advocacy/Litigation Consultation services provide expertise to mitigate or eliminate project disputes before they escalate.  ParkCon’s Dispute Resolution and Neutral/Mediation services facilitate dispute resolution through a proactive, open-minded approach.  With over 30 years of dispute management experience, ParkCon LLC is uniquely qualified to help resolve the matter.

As Project Advocate, ParkCon LLC works as an independent, third-party neutral, equally aligned with all primary Project Stakeholders (typically Owner, Architect, General Contractor and Construction Project/Program Manager) advocating the success of the overall project.  Without allegiance to any singular party, ParkCon LLC represents the "project" and works with all Project Stakeholders to ensure the successful completion of the project to the reasonably mutual satisfaction of all Project Stakeholders, without protracted claims or litigation/arbitration.  As Project Advocate, ParkCon LLC has a thorough understanding of the project and the objectives of each Project Stakeholder, as well as an awareness of the roles and responsibilities (contract alignment) of each Project Stakeholder. Accordingly, ParkCon LLC offers input and advice to Project Stakeholders, independently and collectively, and is available to help resolve issues or disputes that may otherwise negatively impact the project.
